Returns Information For Business Customers

 

Our returns policy is quite simple, it all depends if the item(s) you have ordered is custom or personalised.


Items That Have Been Made To Your Own Specifications (i.e. specific dimensions or printed design)

These cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Items That Have NOT Been Made To Your Own Specifications

Such items are returnable and you must follow the procedure below.

You have a 14 day window to notify ASL Creative Ltd that you wish to return an item you have purchased. The 14 day window starts from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods and you should obtain proof of posting for the goods you are returning.

Goods returned must be in original condition and not worn, complete with tags and original packaging. In the cases of decals, they must be in tact and not to have been applied to a surface or object.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform ASL Creative by either:
1 – Completing the returns form here:
2 – Tel: 028 38849187 and request a returns form
3 – Send a message via the Contact Us page to requesting a returns form
4 – Send a letter to the registered office of ASL Creative Ltd; 7 Richmond Court Tandragee BT62 2JQ with notification that you wish to return the item you have purchased.

Once you have received acknowledgement from ASL Creative that they have received your return request, you then have 14 days in which to return the item you have purchased.

REFUNDS
If you return your item within the 14 days, ASL Creative will inspect the item to ensure it is in the same condition it was dispatched in. If the returned item is in the same condition then a full refund of payments received from you for the returned item will be made.

If the returned item is damaged, marked , worn or damaged a partial refund will be made or if the item cannot be resold, no refund made.

All refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Refund of postage – only the lowest postage cost available at the time of ordering will be reimbursed.

We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for your initial transaction; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods to the registered office of ASL Creative Ltd; 7 Richmond Court Tandragee BT62 2JQ without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
